The restaurants listed -both in the capital city Logroño and the rest of the places mentioned- are probably, and from our point of view,some of the most representative of the excellent cuisine of this region independently of the existence of others in all areas of La Rioja.

RIOJA Incoming will choose the restaurant most suitable for each tour taking into account its location, the number of people travelling, the level of service required with sometimes the same restaurant used for different tours but with different menus on offer.

The official rating for each restaurants is from 1 to 4 forks, the more forks the higher the category. At present two different rating systems operate so our own designation is personal not official.
